Bambloo was created based on a careful analysis of the local market, where the demand for excellence and vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free alternatives was still not exhausted.
Our mission today is to fill this gap, offering a product of the highest quality that is capable of nourishing body and spirit.

We only select seasonal ingredients of the highest quality, for a full and satisfying flavour that will surprise you with every taste.
For our sorbets, we only use water, sugars and 100% fruit puree, without any additives. The result is a fresh, light and naturally gluten- and lactose-free ice cream.

Our roots are well established here in Torbole sul Garda, where our family has lived and worked for generations. Despite having travelled far and wide, we firmly believe that there is no better place in the world to live.
Our ice cream parlour selects Italian semi-finished products of the highest quality, which are carefully chosen to offer you an excellent product. In the shop, you can find local products related to the world of desserts that support our community and its excellent products.
We are committed to respecting the environment and reducing our energy impact. Our refrigerated machinery is connected to a single thermal power plant that centralises refrigeration, enabling energy savings of 30%. The resulting hot water is also reused for washing our manufacturing tools.
Energy savings and a green approach allow us to maintain a competitive price, in line with other producers. However, our offering stands out due to the superior quality of the product, which is the result of constant research and an unconditional love for ice cream.

Our passion for ice cream has its roots in the distant past.
In the early 2000s, some members of the family started an ice cream business in Burma, driven by the desire to support social projects. From there, our history has been interwoven between Burma, Vietnam and Singapore, all the way to the heart of Torbole, where our artisanal workshop creates fresh and inimitable ice cream for you every day.
